Annual Dinners are the highlight of the social calendar in any rugby club and are a chance for the members to celebrate the past season with plenty of food and booze followed by speeches and awards. Trophies are presented to the Player of the Season, Most Improved Player and Best Newbie. The Players Player is voted for on the night of the Dinner and there is also a special Chairman's Award. The Spartans also award the “Queen's Boots” to the person who has made the biggest prat of themselves all season!
